After a little clear up of the office I came across this feature from a few years ago. Seeing me trying to play a decent game of poker made me laugh. I was interviewing Al Alvarez about his book ‘The Biggest Game in Town ‘, an account of the 1981 World Series of Poker. A few poker players were there and we decided to have a bit of a game. The guy on the left of this picture has just told me I have a whopper of ‘a tell’. As I’d nearly jumped out of my seat with happiness at seeing a couple of aces in my hand, I had to agree with him. :0)
